Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our home inspection services.
How long does a home inspection take?+
A typical home inspection takes between 2 to 4 hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. We take the time needed to thoroughly evaluate every accessible area.
When will I receive my inspection report?+
You'll receive your detailed digital report within 24 hours after the inspection. The report includes high-quality photos, descriptions of findings, and recommendations.
Can I attend the inspection?+
Absolutely! We encourage buyers to attend the inspection. It's a great opportunity to learn about your new home and ask questions in real time.
What does a home inspection cover?+
Our inspections cover the roof and exterior, foundation and structure, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and more. We follow InterNACHI and ASHI Standards of Practice.
What is a sewer scope inspection?+
A sewer scope involves inserting a small camera into the sewer line to visually inspect for blockages, cracks, root intrusion, and other damage that could lead to costly repairs.
Do you inspect new construction homes?+
Yes. Even new construction homes can have issues. A professional inspection before closing helps catch defects early. We also offer warranty inspections before your builder's warranty expires, so any problems are identified while repairs are still covered.
How do I schedule an inspection?+
